I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, with no smoke smell unlike many other Chinese hotels. They offered stunning views of the skyline and park across the road. The lunch and breakfast were top-notch, with a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the exciting Malaysian festival they hosted during my stay. The location was convenient, being right by a metro station, although a bit distant from the Bund. The service was excellent, with warm and helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious food both in the club lounge and the main restaurant. The facilities were impressive, and overall, it was great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable with a great view of the park from my room, although the WiFi could be slow at times. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and had lovely grooming kits in the bathroom, but it was not ideal for accommodating two children due to limited bedding options.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were superb, finished to a very high standard with a 32nd-floor view across the city and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. However, some road noise can be heard, so opting for a higher floor is recommended. The service was friendly and completely helpful, though not very fluent in English. The location is excellent, right around Zhongshan Park with a subway station nearby and a good range of local shops and restaurants. The dining experience was extensive with a variety of options to choose from, and the facilities were top-notch.
